Personalne i kontekstualne determinante stavova prema imigrantima

Sažetak
Pitanje imigranata i stavova prema imigrantima važna su društvena pitanja u našoj zemlji, a poslednjih godina se ova pitanja aktuelizuju usled velikog broja imigranata sa Bliskog istoka i Afrike koji prolaze kroz Srbiju. Ovo istraživanje usmereno je na utvrđivanje determinanti socijalnih stavova prema imigrantima. Ispitivane su kontekstualne determinante, pre svega ekonomska sigurnost i život u multietničkoj sredini, kao i individualne determinante, operacionalizovane kroz HEXACO model ličnosti. Istraživanje je realizovano naprigodnom uzorku od 540 ispitanika. Rezultati su pokazali da ekonomska sigurnost nema direktan efekat na stavove prema imigrantima, dok multietničnost sredine jeste važna determinanta stavova prema imigrantima. Crte ličnosti, pre svega Otvorenost i Poštenje-Skromnost, imaju bolju prediktivnu moć u odnosu na kontekstualne varijable. Faktori ekonomske sigurnosti značajni su moderatori odnosa ličnosti i stavova prema imigrantima. Diskutovan je značaj rezultata za razumevanje formiranja stavova prema imigrantima, ali i metodološkog okvira za buduće studije stavova prema imigrantima i drugim društvenim grupama.
