Sažetak
Slobodno se može reći daje informaciona tehnologija obeležila XX vek, posebno poslednju deceniju. Informaciono i društvo znanja baziraju na novim paradigmama razvoja, a osnovni sluhovi su 5e: Vlada, Obrazovanje, Poslovanje, Zdravstvo i Demokratija. Centar svih 'e 'je pojedinac, gde se skupljaju, čuvaju i koriste razni podaci, od kojih su mnogi vezani za ljudsko zdravlje. Menadžment u zdravstvu je proces kojim se planiraju, organizuju, usmeravaju, kontrolišu i koordiniraju resursi i procedure, pomoću kojih se zadovoljavaju potrebe i potražnja za zdravstvenim i medicinskim uslugama. E-zdravstvo je savremeni alat za veću produktivnost, istovremeno je i sutrašnji instrument za preformiranje sistema zdravstvene zaštite i u isto vreme poštujući multi-kulturnu, multi-jezičnu i zdravstvenu zaštitnu tradiciju Evrope. Zdravstveni menadžment ima za cilj da u procesu pružanja usluga ostvari zadatak, kao jedna celina, kako bi se zadovoljile potrebe korisnika zdravstvenog sistema. U ovom radu je prikazan koncept elektronskog zdravstva i pravci razvoja zdravstvene i informatičke svesti i rad na razvijanju zdravstvenog prosvjećivanja, a sve u cilju zaštite i unapređen/a zdravlja stanovništva. U djelu elektronskog zdravstva treba odrediti funkcije i njihove nosioce, kao osnove jedinstvenog sistema.
Abstract
Information technology marked XX century, especially it's last ten years. New paradigm of society development is Information of society s fundamentals are 'e': Government, Education, Business, healthcare, Democracy. The center of all 'e' bis individual. Nowadays many personal data exists. The medical data are one of them. E-health care is today's tool for the larger productivity, at the same time is and tomorrow's instrument for reorganizing the system health protections and at the same time, respecting multi-cultural, multi-language this health protective tradition of Europe. Exist many examples of the successful e-health development including health information net, electronic health records, telemedicine, transportable systems for the monitoring and health portals. Computerization health cares one from priority areas in which has needed the raised quality service to the citizens beside considerable financial savings. Our country is, unfortunately, very far from this, most of all because of short computer conscience. In the work have been presented the concept of electronic health care and directions of development health and computer conscience and work on the germination of the health educations for the purpose of protect and promotions of health of population. Aim this work is that in the work of electronic health care determine junctions and their bearers, like the base of unique system.
