Veštine kritičkog razmišljanja i rešavanja problema - engleski za program nastave u oblasti nauke iz perspektive studenata

Sažetak
Sve veći zahtevi na savremenom tržištu rada direktno utiču na kurseve u ponudi institucija visokog obrazovanja širom sveta i u tom smislu Sultanat Oman nije izuzetak. Jedan od odgovora na takve zahteve o kojem govore brojni zvaničnici iz oblasti obrazovanja i osobe zadužene za razvoj programa u zemlji jeste očekivan visok nivo razvijenosti veština kritičkog razmišljanja i rešavanja problema kod studenata koji pohađaju program engleskog za posebne namene. Ovaj rad bavi se pitanjem u kojem obimu programi engleskog za posebne namene na Univerzitetu Sultan Kabus u Omanu utiču na razvijanje veština kritičkog razmišljanja i rešavanja problema koji imaju za cilj da prilagode studente savremenim zahtevima. Uopšteno, rad ima za cilj da sveobuhvatno predstavi načine na koje se pristupi, modeli i rešenja u nastavi veština kritičkog razmišljanja i rešavanja problema prihvataju u kontekstu programa engleskog za posebne namene u Omanu. Konkretnije, uzimajući kao primer program engleskog za potrebe nastave u oblasti nauke, analizira se niz pitanja i faktora specifičnih za nastavu engleskog za posebne namene i veština kritičkog razmišljanja.
