Osvrt na političku ekonomiju tranzicije - može li se iskustvo tranzitologizovati?

Rad je podeljen u dva dela. U prvom propitujemo upravo egzistenciju teorije političke ekonomije tranzicije, sa prezentacijom supstrata u kroki verziji dok će se u drugom delu, u nastavku, analizirati teorija i praksa Washingtonskog sporazuma (skupa sa oponentskim stavovima), kao središne filozofije koja je forsirana tokom tranzicionog procesa. Ideja i promišljanja u vezi sa istom nastali su kao rezultat mnoštva diskusija i serije predavanja održanih na Washington State University i Portland State University tokom boravka u SAD, u okviru Fulbright Visiting Program-a, na Washington State University, Pullman, Washington State, u periodu 01.09.2002- 01.03.2003.
