Značaj podrške oštećenim licima i svedocima u krivičnom postupku
The importance of support to injured persons and witnesses in criminal proceedings

Sažetak
Rad je posvećen oštećenim licima i svedocima u krivičnom postupku, kao posebno osetljivoj kategoriji učesnika. Najpre su izdvojene grupe lica koje zbog svojih osobina mogu biti u većoj meri ugrožena učešćem u krivičnom postupku. Prikazana su pozitivna rešenja iz uporednog zakonodavstva kojima se omogućava pojačana zaštita osetljivim učesnicima u krivičnom postupku. Zatim je predstavljeno rešenje predviđeno u domaćem zakonodavstvu. Opisane su procesne mogućnosti za zaštitu svedoka u krivičnom postupku. Kao primer dobre prakse predstavljen je rad tužilaštava s ciljem informisanja i zaštićenih i svedoka.
Abstract
This paper is devoted to injured persons and witnesses in criminal proceedings, as particularly vulnerable category of participants. First it is separated groups of persons because of their properties can be increasingly compromised by participating in criminal proceedings. It have been shown positive solutions from comparative law that provides enhanced protection for vulnerable participants in criminal proceedings. Then it is presented the solution provided for in national legislation. It describes the process options for the protection of witnesses in criminal proceedings. As an example of good practice was introduced the work of prosecutors with aim to inform and protected witnesses.
