Sažetak
U radu se razmatra "uloga države" u postkomunističkoj tranziciji, koja otkriva prividan paradoks: istrošenu i slabu komunističku državu mora zameniti jaka "administrativna država". Šta to znači u ovom slučaju pisac analizira prema dva različita ali srodna diskursa. Jedan je istorijsko-sociološki, drugi svetsko-sistemski.
