Sažetak
Živimo u vremenu sve bržih, dramatičnijih, kompleksnijih i nepredvidljivijih promena. Tehnološki, tržišno-ekonomski, politički, društveni i globalni faktori, utiču na ubrzanje promena, kao i na oblikovanje teorije i prakse menadžmenta. Knowledge management je jedan od ključnih koncepata kreiranja konkurentske prednosti u novoj ekonomiji.
