Identification of specific interactions in maize grain yield trials

Abstract
Purpose of investigation was to group test environments in les number of target environments on the basis of specific interactions of genotypes. Fifteen commercial maize hybrids were investigated. Trials were conducted in six locations during two years. Two hybrids were detected as carriers of maximal grain yield in target environments. By use of information from GxE interaction, narrow adaptability for maize was utilized.
