Zakonitost promjene prirasta temperature ulja u HD spojnici u dinamičkom režimu rada EMP transportera sa gumenom trakom

Sažetak
Primjenom hidrodinamičke spojnica (HD) u sprezi sa asinhronim kaveznim motorom za pogon transportera sa gumenom trakom,a posebno velikih transportera, problem povećanih gubitaka u kavezu motora u toku procesa pokretanja, se donekle ublažava, jer se toplotni gubici u rotoru motora smanjuju na račun povećanih gubitaka u spojnici. Zapravo, dolazi do izmještanja dijela toplotnih gubitaka iz motora u spojnicu, tako da temperatura ulja u spojnici postaje važan kriterij termičkog naprezanja elektromotornog pogona (EMP) u cjelini. Matematički model EMP, na osnovu koga je urađen računarski program definisan je i opisan u radu pod naslovom 'Parametri EMP sa asinhronim motorom i HD spojnicom u dinamičkom režimu rada transportera sa gumenom trakom', objavljenom u časopisu TEHNIKA Elektrotehnika 53(2004)1, str. 17-22, Beograd, 2004. U ovom radu dat je, kao primjer listing rezultata za izračunavanje prirasta temperature ulja u HD spojnici u procesu pokretanja transportera sa gumenom trakom. Variranjem bitnih parametara EMP: momenta tereta, dinamičkog momenta inercije sistema i količine ulja u spojnici utvrđena je zakonitost promjene temperature ulja u ovisnosti od ovih parametara i prikazana na dijagramima.
Abstract
In fluidcoupling application in couple with induction cage motor for driving conveyors with rubber belt, specially big conveyors, increasing losses problem in motor's cage at startup is mitigated, because the heat losses in motor's rotor are reduced because of fluidcoupling losses. Really, heat losses are moving from motor to fluidcoupling, so that fluidcoupling oil temperature became important criterion of electric motor drive (EMD) thermal stress. The mathematical model EMD, on which base is created computer program, is described in the paper 'Dynamic parameters of electric motor drive and fluidcoupling for conveyors with rubber belt', which is published in journal TEHNIKA- Elektrotehnika 53(2004)1, str. 17-22, Beograd, 2004. In that paper is also presented listing of results obtained by calculation of oil temperature in fluidcoupling at conveyors with rubber belt starting process. By changing basic parameters EMD: moment of load, system moment of inertia, oil quantity in fluidcoupling, there is establishing exchange laws of oil temperature, and there is shown corresponding diagrams.
