Field trials in cycloxydim-tolerant maize were conducted from 2000 to 2003 to investigate Focus Ultra (cycloxydim, 100 g/1) in control of Sorghum halepense from rhizome. Focus Ultra was applied alone and in tank mixtures with Cambio (bentazon + dicamba), Peak 75-WG (prosulfuron), Distinct (diflufenzopyr + dicamba), Banvel 480 (dicamba) and Callisto (mesotrione). Only tank mixture Focus Ultra + Cambio resulted in reduced Sorghum halepense control in comparison to Focus Ultra alone.
