Kriminološki i viktimološki aspekti tipologije terorizma

Sažetak
Rad je nastao u trenutku kada je izvršen teroristički napad u Bostonu, i javnost se prvi put na takav način susrela sa terorističkim aktom tipa Lone wolf. Autori po prvi put u domaćoj teoriji istražuju koliko kriminološki i viktimološki aspekti utiču na tipologiju terorističkog akta, s jedne strane, i na zaštitu žrtve, s druge. S obzirom na obim rada, istraživanjem su obuhvaćeni samo oni tipovi terorizma koji u novijoj teoriji i stručnoj praksi zauzimaju sve veće interesovanje nauke u istraživačkim projektima, kao što su Dry run, Cyberterrorism, Individual, Lone wolf, Bioterrorism, Eco-terrorism i Homegrown terrorism. Iz rezultata istraživanja se jasno uočava da bez kriminoloških i viktimoloških znanja i primene naučnih metoda ovih nauka nije moguće prepoznati teroristički akt, a time ni efikasno zaštititi potencijalne žrtve. Takođe se ukazuje da svaki tip terorističkog akta zahteva posebni, pojedinačni kriminološki i viktimološki pristup u istraživanju. Shvatanje i definisanje tipova terorizma u teoriji dobija novu dimenziju, što je dovelo je do toga da se sada u svetskoj teorijskoj misli ukazuje na potrebu da se tipovi terorizma izučavaju i istražuju ne samo iz pravnog i kriminalističkog aspekta, već mnogo više iz aspekta kriminologije i viktimologije.
