Sažetak
Za pogon trakastih transportera na ugljenokopovima i u termoelektranama koriste se asinhroni kliznokolutni elektromotori zbog lakšeg upuštanja transportera u rad. U ovom radu je ispitan zalet trakastog transportera koji je pogonjen asinhronim elektromotorom sa kratkospojenim rotorom, preko hidrodinamičke spojnice i reduktora. Iz rezultata ispitivanja, koji su dati dijagramskim prikazima, vidi se da je puštanje u rad. čak i punog transportera, bez udarnih opterećenja delova pogonskog sistema. Pravilnim izborom tipa hidrodinamičke spojnice može se postići željeni zalet pogonskog sistema. Krutost elemenata pogona i njihova prigušenja na zalet imaju zanemarijiv uticaj.
Abstract
For the operation of belt transporter on coal basin and in the coal-fired power station asynchrony motors are used because of easier starting of the transporter. In this study, the start of the transporter that is powered by asynchrony electromotor with short arc circuite rotor, over hydroclynamic coupling and reducer is examined. From the results, witch are presented by diagrams, it's evident that starting of machinery even with full transporter is without major pressure on key elements of machinery. Properly chosen type of hydrodynamics coupling can provide wanted start of power engine. Stiffness of machinery elements and its damping have negligible impact on the running.
