Abstract
Consulting is the result of the needs of managers for an integrated and complex information. Information consulting includes two closely related areas. The first area, information systems, may be part of every task without the mandatory general management interest in the technology used in information processing. The second area, data processing, usually will require research and often significant redesign of information systems and data processing methods. The aim of this paper is to analyze and highlight the mechanism of influence on the effective management consulting services in times of crisis. Special emphasis is placed on the importance of consulting as a specific competitive advantages for the management of Serbian companies in the period of new wave economic crisis.
Sažetak
Konsalting je rezultat potrebe menadžera za integrisanim i kompleksnim informacijama. Informacioni konsalting obuhvata dve blisko povezane oblasti. Prva oblast, informacioni sistemi, može biti deo svakog zadatka generalnog menadžmenta bez obaveznog zanimanja za tehnologiju koja se koristi u obradi informacija. Druga oblast, obrada podataka, obično će zahtevati istraživanje i često značajan redizajn informacionog sistema i metoda obrade podataka. Cilj ovog rada je da analizira i ukaže na mehanizam uticaja konsaltinga na efikasno rukovođenje u kriznim periodima. Poseban akcenat se stavlja na značaj konsaltinga kao specifične konkurentske prednosti za menadžment srpskih preduzeća u periodu 'novodolazeće' ekonomske krize.
